基本申请条件：
- 已经进入快速移民通道人才库并取得档案号和求职确认码
- 一年大专以上学历
- 语言能力：CLB7级以上，即雅思G类4分以上
- 在所教育和培训的领域具有最低的工作经验：
- 过去10年内有1年符合萨省需求非技工职位工作经验（见以下列表）或
- 过去5年内有2年符合萨省需求技工职位工作经验（见以下列表）或
- 过去3年内有至少12个月符合萨省需求技工或非技工职位加拿大工作经验（见以下列表）
- 有一定的足居资金（一家三口加币18,097以上）
- 提供有足够说服力的祥尽的安居就业计划及报告
